Event Synopsis
The Mission: Re-introduce the world to Yerba mate, one of the signature ingredients found in Yerbae Sparkling Water. Yerba mate has special properties such as naturally occurring caffeine, that helps stimulate the body but focuses the mind. Yerbaes products rich with White Tea and Guarana Seed Extract deliver quality benefits ranging from being Non- GMO to gluten free. As a way to help bring a clean and uplifting experience to potential customers, they selected PUSH to employ large scale product samplings in diverse Costco locations throughout the country.
Action Taken
PUSH, known for being experts in the world of product samplings and demos, executed a comprehensive strategy to reach all target markets Yerbae distributes its product in. Our talented in house video team then put together two unique training videos focused on set-up and execution, and how to sell product and engage with Costco club members. Upon testing PUSH ambassadors through the video training, we then created schedules to utilize the most qualified demo reps in each market.
Results of Event
By employing professional and enthusiastic staff for Yerbaes Costco product samplings we were able to effectively PUSH them into sales. In the end we launched over 200 events in which demo reps worked in stores about 4 days a week. Every demo was complete with an event recap on the PUSH website where reps uploaded on site images, customer demographics and sales results immediately after each activation. The customized recaps reported an average of 125 Yerbae cases sold per day, thats 500 a week!
